Mogadishu (RBC News) The elders chiefs of Hiran region in central Somalia have intensely opposed the afresh designated Hiran Administration by Somali federal government as they interpret it as unfairness and not been reflected the interest of the region’s residents.
Jama’ Haji Ali who among the region’s intellectuals specified the nominated administration as injustice and appealed to the government to keep the interest of Hiran region and the governor to be elected by the Hiraan residents.
The elder said the injustice is the factor made us be backward and devastated and demanded impartiality to function and the administration to be well participated by all the region’s dwellers
Jama’ said one of the tribes were not given their admin portion and underlined the Hiran people do not content such decree nomination administration.
Somali government has days ago selected Abdikadir Laqanyo as the region’s transitional governor of Hiran region.
