Mogadishu (RBC) Somalia’s militant group, Al Shabab has opened a new twitter account after the closure of its former twitter account early this month, RBC Radio reports.
The new twitter account hsm_press which was launched on 9th September, the group immediately claimed the responsibility of ambush attacks in Mogadishu and Qoqani towns.
On one of its first tweets, the group condemned the suspension of its account on the twitter claiming that “the disbelievers want to extinguish the lights of Allah”.
“U.S argument for Syrian military strike is logically flawed, convoluted” One of Al Shabab’s tweets added.
The first Al Shabab’s twitter account was suspended on January this year after they have published photos of a dead french intelligence soldier and then the group gas set up another account which was shut down on early this month.
