Mogadishu (RBC) At least one person was killed four others wounded after a lorry crashed a mini bus at Ceelgaab avenue of Hamarjajab neighborhood in Mogadishu on Saturday afternoon, RBC Radio reports.
The accident took place during rush hour in the afternoon when a speedy lorry collided a mini bus carrying passengers. The bus’s driver was killed while four passengers were injured.
Mogadishu traffic police officer said they have admitted four people sustained minor injures to the hospital as the police begun to investigate the accident.
Car accidents often happen in Somalia towns due to the poor infrastructure and rough roads were not reconstructed in result of lack of functioning government in Somalia since 1991.
More than hundred road accidents in Mogadishu killed 80 people in 2012, a statics of Mogadishu police said last month.
RBC Radio
