Kismayo (RBC News) The chairman of Jubbaland technical committee Mr. Abdulkani Abdi Jama has accused the Somali Federal government on failing to continue the dialogue that it had with them. The chairman stated that the government has put aside the continuation of the talks it had previously engaged with Jubbaland authorities.
Mr Abdulkani has mentioned that the government has only focussed on talks with Somaliland and ignored to resolve the differences between them and government.
He also indicated that if the government did not support Jubbaland that would mean that they are not respecting the constitution of the country.
